International Business Course


International trading is a commercial operation between professionals from different countries who observe international procedures and standards and are under the supervision of two, or more, governments.

We will become familiarized with the rules and institutions governing the exchange of goods and services across borders and the practices that allow the trader to obtain good results in negotiations with foreign clients.

This means finding clients, becoming acquainted with international trade laws, restrictions, tariffs and other barriers relating to specific products, whether in Brazil or the target country.

Moreover, with a culturally sensitive mindset, we will discern the cultural divergences between nations and conduct exercises to better adapt ourselves to the cultural challenge.

Hours: 80-160 hours


  • To develop international sale techniques and cross-cultural skills in order to provide predictable and effective tools for success in business in the international market;
  • To explain the peculiarity of foreign trade, its theory and laws;
  • To learn how to plan the different stages of international business;
  • To emphasize the cultural nuances and their implications in international business and to understand the need to adapt oneself, as well as the marketing, advertising, proposals and contracts;
  • To provide effective tools to negotiate with foreign partners;
  • To identify potential markets.

Brazilian entrepreneurs, businessmen, traders, lawyers and professionals in international relations interested in doing business and carrying out partnerships in the Arab countries.
